Power Inc End dump pipes any good?

I may have found some Power Inc Twin Pipes that came off a 600 twin vmax and will fit my 99' vmax 500,the guy is willing to sell them for around $200.

Has anybody ran these back in the day?
What kind of power gains?
How loud are they?

i believe those are for the '96 vmax 600.

Guy said they were off 97 600 twin mtn max and will fit 97-99 mtn max and Vmax
