Okay guys, I am broke and just found out I have to replace all the valves on my SRX....
WHAT DO YOU GUYS RECOMMEND? should I try and have them fixed, or try to find a used set? I am pissed, the dam sled only has 2600 miles on it........ Need help fella's, let me know what you think.

How are they broken?
are they just pulled through? if so... you can fix them for 20 bucks a pop... send a PM to YA*AM*A*HEAD... he has a lathe he can fix them up with the stainless steel tip.. and you will never have to worry about it... I bought valves off of him cause mine where damaged... and he is quick on shipping... I wont speak for him but ask if he can do them asap so you can get them back and in your sled ready for the snow which is coming soon... well for me it is...
He is a good person to deal with... so not to worry there...
If you want to be cheaper and a quick fix.... fill in the lids with a weld then re drill the holes and cut the slot... but you are much better off with the SS mod

have you ever cleaned them before? if not, they need to be gone thru every 1000 miles, or once a year (if less than 1000 miles a year).

depending on the oil you use and how often you run the sled plays a big part in that too... i know some people have noticed the difference in just switching to oil..

tore off my topend yesterday (getting ported, yippeee) and couldn't believe how nasty 2 of my powervalves were, i had cleaned em midseason and they had about 800 miles on em since. was running interceptor, think i'm gonna give klotz a try the first half of this season to compare
