Carb float help? What is right?
I searched this and found out different issues ( ideas) with this. I also found this

I also read have them completely upside down and measure. Another way is tilt to 45 deg angle and measure with the floats just touching the needles? Is it at the top of the little part of the jet? Or the jet itself?
Some say 13-15 mm but my manual says 13 + - 2
I am just trying to do it the right way.
What is the right way to do this?
Who know the magical answer.

I always tip it around 45 degrees or just so the float lightly rest on the needle/seat.
Measure from the gasket surface.
