I have a 2002 Venture 600 (triple)
I was wondering if anyone knows how much resistance should be on inner sheeve of the secondary clutch. I'm coming up with 16lbs with a fish scale.
And if that's too light, how do I increase it just a little?

should be set at 60 degrees on clutch put spring in number 3 and in helix number three
The secondary setting is a red at 70 degree wrap. That is a very light setting But it,s what that sled needs & 16 pounds on a fish scale sounds like that is where it should be.

Thanks guys,
After putting a new helix on my Rage, it took 2 men & a small boy to turn it.. LOL
So when I put the new belt on the Venture with one hand, well, that just didn't feel right
Thanks again
