have 01 srx the t.o.r.s is kicking on when i get in and out of throttle disconected and its still doing it anybody got any ideas?

Do you have both ends of the tors wires connected back into themselves?
Have your shecked your can for critters nest maybe? Secondary buttons worn and binding? Primary worn out? More info needed.

maybe the throttle himself goes bad make sure it work free
When you disconnect the 2 wires at the carbs, you need to connect the 2 that come from the CDI to each other. This simulates the normally closed switch that is located at the carbs.
