What kind of head gasket are people running with tripple pipes on the viper? I bought a stock one but it is different than the one I removed. I noticed it has smaller coolant holes in it like the one hauck and bender sell and was wondering how this would work better than the stock gasket. Also the the middle shim is .005" bigger on the aftermarket gasket. If putting in the after market gasket is what I should do has anyone installed this gasket with the stock middle shim. I would think this would keep the compression up. Any help would be great the snow is here!

I believe it is the optikool gasket is what you need,!
I used a Bender Opti-Cool when I did mine. Looks like this:

That's the gasket that came out. Was wondering why they would restrict the flow? Also I measured the middle shim and it was .005 thicker on the opti cool I'm thinking of getting a new opticool gasget and changing out the middle shim.

they slow down the flow, so the coolant has a chance to absorb the heat.

Ordered an opticool last night put it on a rush delivery where getting 5 to 8 tonight!
