I have all replacable bearings now with the SC 10 III!!!! Yamaha was all proud of there 2010 models having replacable bearings!!! WTF?
Yamaha went with a non-replaceable bearing for a while, particularly on the 4 strokes, they also had thinner bearings. If you've heard, the 'delamination' issue was with the newer thin non-replaceable bearing wheels. They have since decided to go back to replaceable but I haven't done enough research to know if it's the old bearing width or the skinny one. The original move was likely due to cost if I were to guess.
It boils down to this, if it's got a c-clip, it's replaceable.

Holycow alot of replies ! Thanks:-)
So basically I just have to pull the skid and check rear and upper "turning" wheels, and if they are non-replaceable I can carefully pull out the seals and check the condition and put new grease in them if they look good.
(I`m kinda low on cash so.. you know)
Well anyway thanks alot for the replies

Yep, pop them seals out. I use a dentist pick but a small screwdriver will do. You will feel the seal pop back into the grooves when you re-install it, just be gentle when you remove them.
