I just put the hartman 121-136 extension rail/drop brackets and relocation plates on my sled, now it seems that the suspension binds up. If i remove the rear transfer rods it is not as bad. Any one else have this problem? it seems that the transfer rods are two short.

Did you keep the transfer rods in the same location as stock? If not this might be the problem.
If you don't keep the dimensions perfect when installing drop brakts the suspension will bind. It acts like the rods are to short but it isa geometry problem from miss mounting the brakets. Maxdlx

I had the same problem with my sxr 600. I went to a 144 and didn't relocate the rear swing arm and transfer rods. As soon as it reaches the stop on the transfer rods, the suspension binds up, wanting to stretch the track out. I just finished relocating the arm and transfer rods back about 8 inches and mounted the transfer rods parallel to the incline of the track going up into the tunnel(much like the mountain max). If you look at pics of the 121sxr's, the transfer rods are perfectly parallel with the incline of the track when stock. I haven't rode mine yet but I have full travel when I push it down compared to about 4 inches that I had all last year.
