I need to replace the battery on my wife's 04 Venom Sx600Er. This year begins my 3rd season with this sled and the stock battery was dead all last season so I dont know what to expect for longevity with a sled battery.
I am leaning on getting the newer and more expensive AGM sealed maintenance free type battery. I dont mind shelling out the extra $$ if it will last a lot longer.
So is it worth it to may pay more for a maintenance free battery. Should I get the USA made Yuasa (expensive) or slightly less expensive made by Yuasa Motocross.
I have been looking at batteries online and prices are all over the place, and there are numerous brands most of which I have never heard of. Can anyone recommend a specific brand that is good or to stay away from.

I run oddessey batteries. They seem to last a`long time. A 545 would work on that sled and can be found on ebay
