Sometimes the dash and head light are flickering, like if they are loosing power, its kinda weird. What do you guys think could do this ?
I was thinking about the load control relay, but not sure where its located...

I'm guessing you have wires rubbing somewhere, I would check to see if you can find some damaged wires somewhere.

Check wiring harness that goes under the motor....also do a search (wiring harness rub through) there is a very easy way to tie a string to it an pull it out. I would start there.
Ok, but do you guys think that I could loose light in the trail if I keep it that way. For the one that goes under the motor, to acces it, do I need to remove the pipes etc or is there an easy way to do this ?
I'll do a checkup tomorrow but wanted to go sleding tonight, not sure if I should

it shouldn't go out on the trail aslong as it don't blow a fuse, but i had my lights doing the same thing and i found the prob under my handle bar pad. The wires rubbed and took the coating off so the wires were touching each other. But thats a place to start.

I don't want to say anything about lights because I don't want you pissed if they do go out!!!! But there is a real easy way to fix the under motor rub if you search!!!!
I did a search, lots of threads on it hehe, I guess its a common problem. I'll do a checkup tomorrow. I guess it could be anything from what I'm seeing, not sure still...
mine flickered on my older srx. The light went out on the trail and eventually came on. I checked the wires and they rubbed through and wer grounding out. the wires rubbed through under the pipes close to the clutch.
Ok, thanks for the info, so its probably just some wires rubbing. I'll check them tomorrow. Beside that the sled goes great, no problems at all, just adjust the powervalves yesterday and its all good.
Well I think I've found my problem, there wasn't any rub through wires but the wire connections on the left side in the cab is more exposed and when I go into powder the powder gets right on those wires so I'm going to put some isolating tape on them both. Hope this works
I went for another ride yesterday and did about 100km, it just flickered in the beginning of the ride, after no problem until I got into powder lol.
