Noticed while working on a friends 97' XTC that the PTO side mounting point is moving about 1/8" (foot well area). All the stock rivets are still in place just all loose. What rivets do I need to replace these (who sells them). They can't be stock, as the hole is now a bit larger.

There are oversized rivets available for that. I have installed a dozen or so in my '97. And snugged them down nice and tight with an air hammer/chisel tip & a ball peen hammer.
Just be prepared for a bit of sticker shock the rivets are not cheap and are steel.

In the tech pages under Misc then trick tech you will find this little gem...
"The rivets for the rear trailing arm mounts loosened, requiring replacement. drill out the old rivets & replace with Yamaha part# SMB-8CRMO-NO-BT these rivets are larger"
Don't forget the rivets in front of the pin. There are just as many forward of it as there are behind it. The belly pan is in the way.

Well, sticker shock is on the other guy.... hahaha. I have purchased the rivets for the heat exchanger and they were pricey. I have a very nice air rivet tool that will do u to 1/4" stainless rivets. That should seat them just fine. Who sells them.. The dealer has over sized rivets?

They are pretty easy to get in there with a hand riveter but I went the extra mile and made sure they were tight.
Port is where I would get them. Kind of weird spending $20 on a few rivets isn't it.
