no power for handwarmers

If one of the warmers are bad, they will both be. Test them with a fluke on OHMS. One of mine read OL out of limits.
 
Just as Concept has reccommended, check the wiring under the handle bar pad. Trace all the wires from the handle bar ends and thumb warmer to the connectors. Unplug and replug each connector. Over time the connectors can oxidize a bit causing a poor connection. Unplug and replug the connections. Look for broken wires and poor connections. If this does not solve the problem then you will need a multimeter to check each hand warmer and thum warmer to see if one or all of them have an open circuit. Post your results so we can continue to help you.
 
I have no power at the connectors under the cover,where does the power come from?I need to check there,thanks again
