carbs.?

For setting the float height at 13.3. Do the carbs have to be sitting flat or just when needle valve is touching the float to do proper adjustment.?

This Was On A 2001 Srx 700.float Height.

The float arm should be just touching the the top of the float needle...not compressing the spring...so you usually have to have the carb on a slight angle. [at least thats the way I have always done it]
