Depends on which pipes, end dumps or center? I only have experience with the end dumps. Those made like 20 some horse on a stocker, and really came alive with porting.

I can tell you the Bender pipes are around 26HP should be close to that up or down
Seen em on a dyno. 20 hp on a very good day.

Also be ready to clutch up, I added pipes to my red head and i can't stop the clutch from spinning on the belt and the track from spinning on the ground. changing to 51/43 Helix and 89L weights... (plus a ripsaw) that should help my traction issues.
found a set cheap was thinking of buying thats all

also depends on which Power Inc pipes you get. They have the end dump pipes, and also the center dump pipes. You would want the end dumps. They make more power, and sound better. From what I've heard, the center dumps aren't really worth the time and $$, and don't sound that great.
On my last Vmax 700, I had the end dumps, absolutely loved em. Although they did bark pretty good when you cracked on it, i wish they would of been a little quieter, but to each his own... My Vmax felt just about as fast as my 98 SRX with the end dumps on it.
