I put all new gaskets, oil seals, and o-rings on my power valves because they were leaking alot at start up. They are still leaking even with all new gaskets.
Anyone know why? Is this normal? I have only had the sled for 2 months.

What O-rings

I am currently cleaning my power valves. There is one small 2 bolt gasket between the small and large power valve housings. There is also a larger 4 bolt gasket between the larger housing and the cylinder housing. Do these gaskets need to be replaced? Is there a 0-ring anywhere? Any help would be appreciated, thanks Paul.

If they are OEM gaskets, the larger one is metal, the smaller one is a tough asbestos like material. I would not replace them if they were not leaking and they are resiliant enough to reuse as long as they are not kinked or torn.
There is a large seal the power valves slide thru + there is a small O ring that seals the cable where it seats in the housing.

There are two o-rings that seal the cable to the housing. One ring is right up against the round flange on the cable sleeve and the other is in a groove on the cable shaft. Make sure both of the orings are in good shape.

Do the main seals fit snugly on the shaft of the power valves? Are the shafts of the power valves smooth and free of nicks and burrs??

Did you use OEM replacement parts? The two gaskets are inexpensive enough that I will replace them at each cleaning interval, I hate leaks of any type.

Good luck and Happy Holidays!!!

^^^what Jim said and....

did you replace part #20 ? thats the one that is causing the leak.

Still leaking

I used all OEM parts, and replaced all seals and gaskets except for the smaller orings. All of them are leaking at start up, and are dripping onto the pipes. Once the engine warms up they stop.

Not trying to be a smart a&& but did you put the seals in the same way the old ones came out? I am not sure it matters though. Where is the leak coming from? Between the parts where the gaskets are or where the cable enters the outer aluminum part?

Yes I put the seals in the same way as the old ones. I'll have to check again to see exactly where it is leaking from.
