Leave it alone, noise just annoys people and will only be detrimental to the performance of your sled.
put a harley pipe on it

Paint it with really bright colors.

there are so many guys with piped out sleds here it aint even funny...and i dont see many cops on the trails either...so i dont know

Don't make it louder, you'll end up damaging your hearing and annoying landowners. With all the pressure on our sport from the environmentalists, we need to keep a low profile to protect our sport. Besides, unless you were run a proven, tuned exhaust, you will loose performance. Most sledders these days get annoyed by fellow sledders with loud pipes. I know where I ride in Northern NH and Quebec, we have lost several trails due to noise and irresponsible riders abusing the privledge of riding on privately owned land.
Put on some monster stickers & enjoy the 10hp that gives ya.

Yeah, but go with the sugar free sticker version. It will trim weight off your sled. LOL.
