Thanks alot ill have this thread open when working on it... pics would be great! I did a few searches... and did find one part that had some pics... in the technical page on clutching and jetting. But the pics are not overly clear to what to whatch out for... and abit confusing to me... as I dont know what fly weights are and stuff...

if some one gots some pics they can post please do so!

from what ive read the middle washer is a nylon washer correct?

go to portyamaha.com click on buy oem parts enter the info for the sled and look at the microfiche for the clutch, you'll see every piece, where it goes etc..

thanks alot stagg! forgot about checking a microfiche for that... def helps to have a break down of the clutch...ill try n get some pics in when im working on the clutch to post... hopefully ill remeber
