I am thinking about putting new Ski's on my 03 Viper. Any recommendations? I have never ran anything but a stock ski and i have only had this particular sled for one season so far and it was pretty unstable in the front end last year.

Find somone who put C&A skis on a new yami with one piece plastic skis and get their stockers. C&A's are excellent skis but they are pricey.

ive been running C&A ADX race skis, this season, with a 6inch carbide, on a non studded SXR, they handle incredible, and for a non-mountain ski, they float nicely too, they turn great on the hardpack, and in the powder, but from what ive heard, all the C&a's are great.
I wouldn't spend the money on C@A skis. Your looking at $350+ for those
There is nothing wrong with the stock ones and you can make them work much much better with Scott Bergstrom's triple point carbide, and ski saver kit for 1/3 of the price
If you want to blow $350 then buy somebody colorful skis

i got mine for $125 at haydays...... almost brand new, with carbides....
I suggest you look into a pair of Kimpex Arrow skis. They're 5 3/4" wide with dual keels. I'm running a set on my SRX this year with two 6" Jagged Edge carbide runners per skis and I gotta say they handle like they're on rails. There is absolutly no darting what-so-ever and the price is right too.

buy a set of C&A's I found mine for 120 at haydays also and I love them. Post in the wanted section and you will love them!!! They float better in the powder and my sled is on rails on the trail...plus they are extremely durable.

C,A Razors........I sell new ones with skis,mount,6" carbide=$375.Worth every penny if you want a better handling sled.Stock skis are garbage no matter what you do with carbides etc.
Thanks for the input! I'll have to see what kinda funds I have left after paying christmas bills!
