Maybe a bearing gone in the wheel on the upper shaft in the rear of the suspension. They are 7 " wheels with a 6205 bearing something to check there is not alot of clearance there anyways!

the bearings and wheels are new from what he just told me... any other ideas.... I cant htink what else it can be... he is tighting the shock but it shouldnt matter if the shock is "loose/soft"

there was a guy a while ago that had this same thing and there were 2 mounts at the bottom to the side rails that were broke so something could roll pushing the shock into the track, everyone was having a heck of a time figuring it out till someone noticed in a pic the tabs were broke and missing. I know this is a horrible description but i sold my proaction so i cant take a pic to show what i can see in my head. hopefully someone else will remember the thread and post a pic or link to the thread

should i drop the suspension to do this or is it just as easy to do in the sled
? n thanx for the help

If its rubbing in the centre where the shock swivels make sure that top shaft and guide wheels are not installed upside-down.

Check to make sure that the arm at the back of the suspension (i don't know what it is called) pivots to the back.

It looks to me that on my viper if it was the wrong way the top of the shock would rub the track.
