Will it fit...Ohlins Fat-Boy Spring/Stock Viper Rear Shock??

I just bought a Ohlins rear spring for my viper. Then I was watching the pro-action set-up video, and it started talking about how certain springs aren't interchangeable with certain shocks. The spring is below in the pics(Ohlins Fat-Boy spring), and the shock is the stock viper large rear shock. Will it fit??????

dont think it will fit, I beleve the viper spring has a different dia top and botttom its kinda tappered goes small to fat. I guess you wont find out to you try, but I dont think your going to gain much with out a good shock behind it.

I'm not looking to gain much, just want to help the sagging with the stock spring....it has 11,000 km. on her!
