In the tech. pages it shows an adjustment tool that needs to be hooked up to allow you to adjust the power valves. Is there a way around using it? What is this tool worth at a dealer? Thanks.

yes there is do a search on power valve adjusting or it might be in the tech section?
but I know I seen it on here, ( you have to turn the idle down etc.....)
