Hi guys!
I just finished the pre season tuneup on my viper mountain and when I fired her up for the first time I noticed that the waterpump was leaking from the weep hole, so I pulled the engine and replaced all the seals so I hope it will work fine, but now I need to align the engine.
Tomorrow I will make an offset tool at work but I wonder if I really need to make a center to center tool ? Is it possible to just use a tape measurer?
Also, I was shocked to find out that the lh front engine mount was all loose. The nut was gone and the rubber damper bolt was "grinded" down from the engine bracket movement!
So with a new engine mount installed, a torque limiter, non-sticking powervalves, heelclickers and powderpro skis , I think my sled will perform better this year:-)
