how to wire in a heated visor on a srx?

i went to the taillight blue wire under the sit and ground to tank bolt works great and out of the way comes up along the tank.
 
Under handlebar pad.....power from brake light switch that comes from the brake lever, ground to one of the bar bolts.....It looks clean and the wire comes out from under the handlebar cover.
