well i got my sled back from the dealer and i went to check the PV because they are known for doing something and not doing it, so i went to take them off to see if they were cleaned. However, one bolt on the middle PV is stripped. looks like they used wrong size allen key, so it twisted it inside, and the allen wrench wont grab. So i asked them and said they never did it. So need to know any tricks to get this off.

try and tap a slightly bigger allen head on and see if it will turn lose or you can try and chissel it lose, but its probley going to break the head off the bolt anyways... I broke several trying to remove, and had to weld small nuts on, to remove them. When you get them out install new ones with antiseize lube. not a big job.

Can you cut a notch with a dremel for a flathead screwdriver? that works for the carb screws

ya, thats why i mostly do the stuff my self, and never go to them. They been like that for awhile, because when my dad had his sled when i was younger, he told me stories of what they did. Not good.

with this site and some patients get your self a service manual you should be able to tackle most problems your self and know it was done to your specifications. ;)!
