I have been having trouble getting anough weight in the tip of my heel clickers so went around work and measured some aircraft hardware. I came up with this chart, which may help some of you trying to fine tune your heelclickers. The FO....P are nickel cadium plate steel and the EO....R are stainless. The are always exactly all the same size. Hope this helps.

M&M Aerospace
1.0g NAS1149FO0463P 0.063" 1/4"
0.5g NAS1149FO0432P 0.032" 1/4"
1.2g NAS1149EO0463R 0.063" 1/4"
0.6g NAS1149EO0432R 0.032" 1/4"
1/4 washers are to fit center and tip
Make sure to check clearance between bolt and spider If you run 3 washers with the long 3.3gram HC Bolt
