So this weekend before a ride my buddy noticed my middle rear suspension bolt on the right side was loosened up. So after tightening it I went for a ride an after a few miles I checked it and noticed that the bolt had loosened up and the bracket was turned sideways. Has anyone had this happen to them before? Not sure what would cause this?

The only thing I can think why it would continue (besides not using loctite) is if the shaft is bound up and with the outer shaft twisting back and forth it's loosening the bolt. Have you tried loctite?
I had the same issue with my XCR until I started using loctite on the bolts. I was always a bit leary using loctite because I didn't want to have troubles getting them out.

Make sure you use Blue Loktite, if you use the Red Loktite, you may need a torch to loosen them next time.
