Im rebuilding my sled and after searching and gaining info, I just want to be sure Im going in the right direction.

1. For break in period, I mix the gas in the tank at a 50:1 ratio along with the injection?

2. Ive read Klotz and amsoil are great but arent available around me. What about the Walmart brand oil since I use it in my Diesel truck? Any other readily available brands?

3. I keep reading about using Tranny fluid in the gearcase. Isnt this too thin? I have some mobile 1 atf, will this be good?

Yes, the Mobil 1 will work just fine in your chaincase. I use 10w30 Mobil 1 in mine currently (mainly because thats what I had lying around) but have used tranny juice, 75W90 Amsoil gear oil and friction modifier (fish oil).

As for the type of oil to use, you'll get all kinds of replies. I know some very smart engine guys that run the cheapest oil they can find. I personally use Amsoil but Daman might be able to steer you into finding the correct label to look for. From what I've read, TCW3 isn't what you want.

Finally, break in is another one of those topics that'll get you conflicting responses, but IMO, the primary reason for using premix in addition to injection is to insure lubrication in the event the oil injection system isn't working properly. Ideally, no premix will allow for faster seating of the rings. I would recommend using premix and top off the oil reservour then ride it for a half tank of fuel and check your reservour for oil usage.

One other thing about break in: Avoid long periods of idle or steady state cruise for the first 50 miles or so. You want to cycle the throttle with occational WOT bursts and then after the break in, ride it like you stole it.
 
snomofo posted some good info i'll just add it's really personal preference on adding oil, some do some don't if oil pump is bled and there's mix in the carbs bowls and not gust strait gas i wouldn't worry about it but if not or you have any doubs about that you can till engine is ran long enough to bleed pump and get the mix in the carbs,you could run half tank of say 80:1 would work,don't get carried away, just heat cycle it two three times varian the throttle then run her.

yamalube is fine can you get any of that by you?

i recommend and only use a synthetic gear lube but if that's what you have on hand i guess.
