I have been buying parts all summer to finish my Viper S. This is my first Yamaha and I bought parts before I learned about all the pros and cons of this sled. Anyway, the last piece of the puzzle is a track/traction. I have two tracks; A fully clipped 2" mountain track (I don't ride too much in deep snow) and 1 studded 1.5 " track clipped every third window (the one I want to use). The axle I have has anti-ratchet drivers installed with 8T drivers. I have tried to find an axle with regular 8T drivers with no luck. Should I sell my 1.5" studded track and try to find one fully clipped and just run the drivers. Can I fully clip the track I have? Change anti-ratchet drivers to regular drivers? Trying to get this done without spending more money! Could use some fresh thoughts. Thanks.
