98 mountain srx 700 does this have long travel shocks?

sorry for this boring post" but the only year they made these mountain srx was 98 , and are they different shock specs then the regular srx? looking at putting olines on the front and waundering what options i have for this year sled

The mountain srx has the 11.5 long travel rear shock set up on it. I owned one of those & it was a great sled.

Frt Shock Travel is 7" not 9" like the Long Travel Sleds but the rear is 11.5" The SRX Ohlins will work on the front.
I owned one and it isn't a Mountain Sled but maybe the first Crossover sled built by Yamaha. Worst Yamaha I owned.
 
I agree with it not being a good mountain sled but 136" track with 2inch paddels helps alot vrs 121 inch the deeper stuff ,changed skies to slp tri keel made big difference too, but its heavy bastard , but my 02 800 vertical escape is awsome mountain sled but sucks on trails hard to have best of both wrolds :2strokes:
