SRX-VIPER trade???

hey guys, I got a 02 Viper 1500 miles absolutely flawless,except the pto side rod is toast. thinkin about tradin for a running decent lookin 99 SRX 600,3000 miles from pics there is a 5" crack in hood but otherwise looked not too bad,haven't seen it in person yet.What do you guys think?? straight up trade,a little cash which way?? thanx!!
 
fix the viper......how do you think the rest of this srx really is when there is a major crack in the hood?
