SRX-VIPER trade???

hey guys, I got a 02 Viper 1500 miles absolutely flawless,except the pto side rod is toast. thinkin about tradin for a running decent lookin 99 SRX 600,3000 miles from pics there is a 5" crack in hood but otherwise looked not too bad,haven't seen it in person yet.What do you guys think?? straight up trade,a little cash which way?? thanx!!
