02' Viper 121" VS. 136" To Do Or Not To Do...

When u guys went to 136 did u have to add another cooling system?

I dont know if its even possible but, can you remove where the heat exchanger is now and move it for more clearance for longer track and studs?

Hey Tysonmatc2, what kinda price tag did that cost?

You can put practically any suspension under there with rail extensions to take it out to a 136" or you can find one thats a 136" to begin with. Also you would have to move the rear heat exchanger back and modify to fit on the bottom of the tunnel extension or find a different style.Rich who is a site sponsor on here can hook you up with everything you would need for this and answer questions as well. His prices are good and he's very helpful.

Typically Vipers can handle 1.25 track with no studs or 1.00 track with studs. The clearence in the front exchanger and drives dictate this. If you change the drivers then you can get taller tracks in there. When stretching them out you will need to move the rear exchanger back with the extension. Check in the "Working Log" area. There are a few posts with Vipers being 136'd and 144'd.

i need an extension kit to go 136. anyone looking got one for sale??? need the hole thing including track. thanks. lol.

I installed the Tracks USA extensions on my son's Viper, easy install. I did not add an extra cooler though. I guess I should but the temp light has not come on, to my knowledge. I was wondering about relocating the skid back 5" and then using the 2.5" extesions instead of the 7.5" extensions. Has anyone done this and how is the ride. I noticed the newer cats and doos skids are moved aft of the axle quite abit. Al
