Does anyone know if the front heat exchanger off a 1997 SX700 will match up for a 2000 Vmax700? I can't find the front heat exhanger listed on the microfiche for a 1997 SX700A for the 2000 Vmax it's part#8DG-12440-01-00
i want to say yea they are the same cause they are both red head motors and same tunnels pretty much ....but dont quote me on that ....

You can look it up on Yamaha microfiche site. Check to see if the part numbers etc...are the same.
