
try 2 ...4.5 grams in the stock weight. I am also hearing that a single layer can be used on a viper....anyone else know of this???? Never tried this yet...

for clutching there are a lot of options that will increase performance. adding weight to the primary is one and changing the helix is another. a lot of people prefer tuning the primary, but there is nothing wrong with a helix swap either. it depends how much work you want to do. the helix takes 15 minutes and works well. there are a few helixes that will work. another one suggested is an advant edge 48-40. every company cuts them different so pick a company then ask for a specific cut. by layers people are talking about the head gasket. they are made from a few layers of steel and removing a layer increases compression and makes more power. a lot of people dont suggest it on a viper though. edit. well yamahalic beat me, but he knows his stuff more than i do!NB-VIPER said:anyone ?
