SNO-SCOOT w/ski skins or plastic skis

There was a picture the other day of a Sno-Scoot with ski skins. Who's was that and did you just make your own ski skins or what????

Is it possible to get a pic and part number of the skis?? probably wont get any soon but would be nice to have just in case.
