combination of things=rubber burning....

what you talking about cam..look at the forcast.Calling for up to 8 inches of the white stuff this coming weekend..An Aberta clipper mixed in with a Colorado low...lots of moisture they are saying in the system..Get that Viper off the hoist and ready to pin it.. :letitsnow ;)!

I smelled weird things too when I put everything back together. I heard weird squeaking too and it all seemed to go away after the hyfax wore down to "normal". I did make some other adjustments, but I believe the hyfax will look exactly how they look today after the season when I pull the skid no matter how many miles I put on it.

well boys I went yesterday and loosened the track up some. What change_up said he has it at I can't see letting it hang that much, got to be a ballooning issue there.I did loosen it up with around the thickness of the inside lugs(on outer edge of track). If I put a 22 lbs weight to the track,I have approx 1 3/4" sag.I am just afraid of ballooning effect that's all.Why in hell would the first track with studs catch the front exchanger and tunnel??That was with a stock track, but don't know what the stud size was because I threw them all away a year ago..wish I didn't and I would of compared them in length to the new ones. :o|
I also put on brand new hyfax and removed front shock that was rattling around and replaced the bearing and bushing in each end,now there is no more play there.
