I've done some searching, and I'm pretty sure I found what I was looking for....I guess I'm just looking for a little reassurance. I was up in the UP for 4 days this weekend, and every day I had the same problems; The hand warmers would go on and off, my headlights were very dim, the speedo read "0", and the tach would stop turning. If I shut the sled down and restarted it...sometimes everything would come back, other times it wouldn't. From what I've read, I'm guessing I need a new stator. But I've also read about the wire harness rub through issue.... What do you guys think?
