buddy sank his 04 viper s today wont be pulled untill tomorrow
any thing besides the normal to look at (lcd gauge cluster,dcs,elec. speed pick up ect.) any help would be great

Thats a shame. They never seem to run the same after they sink.
Put it on it's side pull the plugs and pull it over a bunch of times to get the water out. Also drain the gas and oil.

the key here is to get that engine running ASAP and get it running hot,the rest can wait...
Yes, get the engine running add extra oil to gas, say 25-1 ratio verify oil pump is pumping. You need to get as much oil on the crank brgs as possible in the first start up. Some electrical items will have to be replaced also, but First get the engine running, and then fog it. You can get the chain case, seat, power valve motor, ect later. Try to keep in warm area. Now is the best time to remove and dispose of seat, try to locate a BOSS seat for replacement.
