We Got It Out Got Every Thing Cleared Out Flushed Re-filled Its Running Fine But Now We Have A 6 Code Flashing What Is A 6 Code?

Great you have it running!
You are probably getting wiring issues because all or most of the wiring harness connectors, bulb sockets,and all the terminals have water or a least a bit of moisture in them. I would unplug every bulb, terminal, connector, ect that you can get at and blow them out with an air gun and even spray them with electrical connector spray.
