well it's a rubber O ring so theres nothing to "crush" tighter like a conventional gasket,the heads already touching the cylinder as far as it'll go,if still leaking head needs to be removed checked for warp age,corrosion in the alum groves,bad O ring etc.

Do these orings have to be replaced every time you pull the head off????

I am hoping for the best here...will check tomorrow and if it is dry then something changed...The o-rings don't cost much,just to order them and wait a week to 10 days hurts......

well checked the cylinder head for a drip today,and as sure as poo there is a small drip..
Guess I'll be opening up the top end..got get some 0-rings.I may as well check further down as well..maybe I'll get a surprise.....
