viper motor blown up

i will get some pics up soon mod are slp pipes, attack, air intake mod, rapid secondary mpi tunnel and expert x suspension one more the thing mesh hood to but havent used it yet here a pic of the sled

oil cable set like at 13mm when i left but i got aftermarket cables so the measurement is at the throttle
 
As soon as the video started, I was wondering if it was blown already. I didn't know if it started to blow right as you turned the camera on, because it sure didn't sound right. Also, was it just me or did it look like the sled wasn't going anywhere for the rpm's I could hear. I don't think it sounded like it was over-revving too much, just sounded similar to a belt slipping...a lot of rpm's and the sled doesn't move very fast at all. It looked like the sled was barely accelerating. That thing was hurt long before it seized......

totally agree, i've got a srx not viper, but didn't sound crisp right from the start. your first pic looks like you've got some serious deto on the center piston, that would cause alot of extra heat and wouldn't help that bearing at all

All that detonation is what killed the rod bearing IMO. Probably jetted to lean on the mains with the pipes and air box mod.

Right deto will hammer a bearing,not good..........
