I posted in a previous thread about some USI skis I accuired. They came off of an 01 ZRT 800. So I call USI and tell them about the skis and my 96 XT. He says I know exactly what you need. $30 later for a bag of hardware and they mount perfectly. No cutting or modifying anything. 10 minute install. The guys at USI were awesome. The only problem is their orange but for the price who cares.
USI does make awesome skis. Better than C&A...IMO.

Plastic ski's made my XT a lot different it was kinda crazy how it makes it float better and not blow the snow, kinda thinking about doing it to the DX just not sure if it worth the 100-200bux.

we just need some real snow to try them out on. I can see grass in my yard right now and it is supposed to rain tomorrow

Not sure where maple city is but same thing by me, i don't think theres much left up in the upper lower either
XT hasn't been started and the DX have 1/2 a mile on it, so far haven't had time to do any riding, but the carbs where cleaned on the XT.
I would say you will be happy, i can actually remember the first time i took the XT out with the new ski's and the way i didn't get covered with powder from the ski's plowing it was nice

I added a set of 98 srx USI skis to my 97 venture after the first ride.
It was a huge upgrade from the stock ski skinned steelies.
