HI I have a 99 srx. My question is about the primary clutch it does not have that large spring in the center of it. The only thing I could find on the clutch for writing was quick shift. its a crazy looking clutch I thought they were all suppose to have the primary spring. Any thoughts on that? Thanks
Post a pic of that clutch.

there is a spring in that clutch, its inside a housing on the movable sheve similar to a ski doo clutch. how does that work on your srx? does it engage at about 4000 rpm and hold the rpm at 83-8400. the reason i ask is that i think that clutch is only rated for like 50 hp .the only one i,ve seen like that was on a old 79 citation 300 or 340. i don,t know if i'd trust that to transfer 140 hp.68cornetrt said:sweet thanks
