some vibration is normal ..especially if idle is low ...it should be at 1500 + or - ....also carbs may need cleaning especially if it sat....could use new plugs too.....also some have had problems fouling plugs on startup... although i havent i just flip to full choke for about 30 seconds then flip it off and let it idle out and warm up ....these tend to be cold blooded ...good luck
