PI end dump set up needed

I need to know what every body runs there PI end dumps at as far as jetting. They are on a 700 sx, at sea level. Ride mainly 0 to 25 degrees. Wondering what you run for mains, pilots, and fuel screw setting. Also tell me what you are running as far as head and gasket, because I have a peak head w/22 cc inserts. With this set up should I be running 91 or 93 octane to be safe. Thanks Maxdlx

148,147,147 mains, 55 pilot, 2 turns on the air screw, and I changed the air jet..but I don't remember what size. This is on a trail ported engine. 5 thou off the head (to clean up some dings on the gasket surface), Center section (thick) of the head gasket removed and one layer added to the base gasket (10 thou ~).
