SRX hood ???

just got a call from a buddy who came across a mint srx hood, no scratches, stickers, gauge pod, chips, anything and wanted to know if I would take it, he's not sure what year sled it came off of though, would it fit any srx from 98-02??? I remember reading somewhere about the change in the size of the "bubble" on the sleds pipes side after 00'

All the hoods are the same other than the stickers. The 00-02's had different gauge pods than the 98-99's to accomodate the larger headlight.
