Exhaust Wrap

hi yall, ive seen where people wrap their exhaust with either cloth or shiny tape type stuff. what is the advantage of this....

Keeps the heat in the pipe and If I'm not mistaken makes it behave like a shorter pipe, I think. Check out Aaen Performance and read there as well as purchase a good quality product. Actually, Olav recommends the wrap over ceramic coating. Careful with jetting if you do this!! Watch the plugs closely! G.
