over heating

brothers viper and dads venture both do this. we noticed it on the viper after we 136"d it and it had both coolers iced over. just need to keep one clear and you will have no problems. we usually check the rear one and make shure it is clear every time we stop for a couple of minutes for a break. .

What does 136'n got to do with overheating? :dunno: Have about 400 miles on mine after I 136'd it with no problems. Is there something I should be looking out for or change?

it only ices over the coolers when you are riding in powder or loose snow. if there is lots of trail dust, it might ice over the coolers. not all sleds do it either. onlyblue said his viper never did it during one stop on the jan ty ride.

keeping the cooler clear is easyer than chasing gaskets on an overheated motor.
