trying new clutch set up

MONSTER, PUT A COMPRESSION TESTER ON THAT MOTOR. I HAVE USED 8BU-00 IN THREE SRX,s, STILL HAVE THEM IN MY RACE SLED, LOVE THEM. NOW I ADMIT, THEY ARE NOT BEST FOR LONG PULLS, BUT BEST DRAG RACE WEIGHT OUT THERE ALONG WITH H/C. 3:16 (yammie tony)
 
its still to warm here to make any decent runs. :o|

we are losing a ton of snow this week, its been 30-34 F all week so far.
 
decided to make some runs tonight after work. its still been 34 F during the day here.

the first notable run i went 0-104 mph in 1200'. temp was 30 F.

next run was 0-108 mph in 800'. temp dropped to 28 F.

these runs were made with my HH setup. still very traction limited. im spinning the track for maybe a 100' or so. i did notice i lost 400 rpms on top end. is this because of weather being warmer. the snow was heavy.
 
probably shifting to fast for the weather .... remove some of tip to correct your top end rpm
