Can i fit srx triple pipes on my 1998 sx 700. Also will I even be able to run these pipes if i change the jetting
For a good fabricator anything can be done but for we mortals the answer is NO!
There are some very good reliable tripple pipes out there for the SX "Red Heads" and they make great Horse power as well. I run and highly recommend the Bender Tripples on my 1999 600 + 700 SXs.

thanks. i had a set on my old sx 700 which i sold a few years back. they were also benders. i just picked up this sled but it doesnt have pipes. I saw a set of srx pipes on craigslist for 60 bucks so i though i might be able to make them work but i should probably just buy the pipes for the red head motors

Last year I picked up a '97 Vmax 700 red-head for my girlfriend. I took off the triples that were on it, as I thought it was too loud for her to be cruising around on. I put a factory style single exhaust on. I traded them in at a place called Hud-sons Sled salvage in Barneveld, NY. Their link is

They may still have them, or others. Might be worth a shot. They do have a VERY large inventory of used parts.
